Under 18 Age Restrictions

As part of our efforts to continuously improve the safety and security of Mistplay, we're introducing some new changes to our app.To distinguish legitimate Mistplayers from bots, we will soon require all users to undergo face verification when redeeming a reward. According to applicable data privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), only users over the age of 18 are allowed to participate in face verification.

As such, starting November 1st, users under 18 years of age will no longer be able to use Mistplay. Users under 18 may still earn and redeem units until that date, without requiring face verification. After that date, their accounts will be closed.

‍Please note that our team did not come to this decision lightly and have worked long and hard to consider all the options. We care about our user privacy, especially that of young users, which is why we've made the unavoidable decision to restrict our app to users aged 18 and over.
