Gift card currency depends on where you reside and the availability of the Mistplay app in your country. The Shop will only display gift cards in your local currency – so if you’re based in the United States, you can redeem gift cards exclusively in USD.
There’s a $250 daily redemption cap across all gift cards in the Shop. If you hit that security limit, don’t sweat it. It resets every day, so head back the next morning to claim what’s yours!
Check your inbox! Gift cards are sent directly to the email address registered with your Mistplay account. You can verify your email in the “Edit Profile” section of the app or change the address for delivery at checkout.
You can expect rewards in your inbox within 48 hours. Once our vendor securely activates the gift card, you’ll be notified via email. If you’re still waiting for a reward after 48 hours, check your Spam folder and verify your email address in the “Edit Profile” section of the app.
